- Do you have a physical store ?
Yes, we have a store inside the Woodstock Foundry

- How do I return my purchase ?
Contact us then we will discuss the options with you.
- My items arrived broken/cracked, what do I do next?
Please email us with a picture of the broken items and your order number, once that has been done we will either refund you or send you a replacement depending on what you would prefer.
- Which Payment Methods do you accept ?
We accept Visa cards, Master card and PayFast Instant EFT
- How can I track my item ?
We will send a tracking number once our courier has picked it up from our studio.
- How long will it take to receive my order ?
You should expect your order between 2-5 working days.
- Can I change my order ?
We cannot change your order once it has left our store.If you want to change your order then email us within a minimum of 24 hours after you have made your order.
- Do you offer returns ?
We offers returns 30 days after purchase.
- Are the ceramics dishwasher friendly ?
Yes they are.
- Will the tumblers get hot when putting coffee into them ?
They will only be slightly warm.
- Can I request a colour that isn't listed on the website ?
You can by emailing us and specifying what you would like.
- Do you ship internationally ?
We currently do not ship internationally.
- Is there a whole sale option ?
If you would like to see our wholesale catalogue please email us and request it.
- When is your studio open ?
We are open from 9am-4pm during the week.On Saturdays we are occasionally open and on Sundays we are almost never open.
